Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how templates.inuno.app collects, uses, stores and shares information when visitors browse templates, create accounts, download files, purchase premium products or contact support.
Access and server logs
When the website is accessed, the hosting environment processes technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser or device information and status codes. This is necessary to deliver the website, monitor security, prevent abuse and troubleshoot errors. Server logs are regularly reduced or deleted unless security review, troubleshooting or legal obligations require longer retention.
Accounts and downloads
If accounts are enabled, templates.inuno.app stores the information needed to provide the account and download library: e-mail address, password hash or connected Google/Facebook login reference, preferred language, login/session data, downloaded templates, purchases and timestamps. Passwords are not stored in plain text. When social login is used, Google or Facebook authenticates the user and returns the account identifier and e-mail address required for login.
Payments
Premium template purchases are processed through Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy terms. templates.inuno.app stores order references, purchase status, product, amount, currency, billing reference and data required for download access, accounting, fraud prevention and support.
Contact and support
If visitors contact support, name, e-mail address, subject, message, language, page URL and hashed technical security data are stored in the database and used to answer the request. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to reduce spam and abuse.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses necessary cookies or local storage for sessions, login status, form protection, selected language and theme preferences. Optional analytics cookies, advertising pixels or newsletter tracking cookies are currently not planned as mandatory platform components. If such services are activated later, appropriate consent handling will be added first.
Rights and deletion
Users may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data where applicable law provides those rights. Privacy requests can be sent through the contact page. Certain records may be retained where necessary for orders, tax, security, dispute handling, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
California and U.S. privacy notices
California privacy laws can require commercial websites that collect personal information from California residents to post a privacy policy identifying categories of collected information and categories of third parties with whom information is shared. templates.inuno.app does not sell personal information and is not intended for children under 13.
Retention
Contact requests are stored for as long as needed to process the request, answer follow-ups, prevent abuse or keep appropriate records. Order, payment and license data may be retained longer where accounting, tax, fraud prevention, support or legal claims require it.
International processing
templates.inuno.app is operated from the United States and may use service providers such as hosting, Stripe or Google that process data in the United States or other countries. If users access the platform from other regions, data may be transferred to those countries.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the platform adds accounts, payment flows, analytics, downloads, support tools or new legal requirements. Privacy requests and questions can be sent through the contact page.
